Proven experience as a Project Manager role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
LEED certification is a plus.
Experience with RSC, Accord, and Nirapon audits.
Familiarity with buyer requirements for Primark, Inditex, Celio, Lidle, Alde and other European and USA buyers.

Oversee and manage the entire construction project from inception to completion.
Coordinate and supervise the work of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, Compliance and LEED teams.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Implement and enforce quality control measures.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with RSC, Accord, and Nirapon audit requirements.
Meet buyer requirements for Primark, Inditex, Celio, and other European and USA buyers.
Maintain T&A and Submit weekly Target vs Achieves Report to P.D.
