Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Develop schedules and workflows to meet production targets.
• Efficiency Management: Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate factory workers, technicians and supervisors.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Ensure raw materials are available and minimize production delays.
• Cost Control: Manage budgets and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee machinery maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operations.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production challenges efficiently.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track production performance and report to senior management.
• Any other task assigned by the top management.
