Additional Requirements

The applicant should have experience in project management and civil engineering from Developer/Real Estate business.
Must have thorough knowledge on quality control and civil works.
Must be able to handle projects independently.
Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English communication.
Must have positive attitude towards the Management Strategy
Knowledge on Fair face work will added extra advantage.

Ensure project construction work is carried out in accordance with drawing, design and work schedule.
Planning, scheduling, monitoring and supervising day to day construction work at project.
Checking Contractor Bill.
Check & Conferm Safety & Security During work.
Check the Quality of Materials & workmanship during site work.
Should have at least Basement project handover Experience.
Leadership quality with positive attitude & having to take decision independently.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work schedule and complete the work in scheduled time. Submit periodical work progress report to construction work to the management.
To estimate the accurate quantity of construction materials as per drawing, design & raise requisition for procurement.
Checking and ensure quality of materials before use and control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each and every works at project.
Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be tactful to meet the expectation of the company.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by management as and when necessary.
