Requirements

Education

• Diploma/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, or any related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Aluminium fabrication/manufacturing.
• Experience in architectural Aluminium systems (doors, windows, facades, partitions, etc.) is a plus.

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Steel

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Aluminium profile fabrication processes (cutting, CNC machining, assembly, welding, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and machinery (CNC routers, punching machines, anodizing units, etc.).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Overview:

This role presents an exciting opportunity for professionals to ensure product reliability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of machine operators, welders, fitters, and fabricators.
• Oversee the fabrication of Aluminium profiles, including cutting, drilling, bending, assembling, and finishing.
• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials, manpower, and machinery.
• Monitor workflow, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
• Enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
• Conduct inspections and testing of fabricated Aluminium profiles.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance quality.
• Provide training on fabrication techniques, machine handling, and safety protocols.
• Assign tasks and monitor worker performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Ensure all fabrication machines and tools are maintained and serviced regularly
• Monitor raw material stock levels (Aluminium profiles, fasteners, accessories, etc.).
• Optimize material usage to reduce waste and control costs
• Maintain records of production output, material usage, and workforce performance
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management
• Document and analyze operational issues and suggest improvements.
