Responsibilities & Context

• Content Creation & Scheduling , monitoring and post engaging content (images, videos, captions, stories) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn , YouTube.
• Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments, messages and interactions to build relationship with audiences.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Assist in managing the company’s website, ensuring it is SEO-optimized and up to date with project portfolios and services. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement on-page SEO strategies.
• Assist in planning and managing online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.) to drive traffic and lead generation. Monitor Ads performance, provide insights and recommend strategies for optimization.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote new projects, services, and updates. Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Trend monitoring to stay updated with social media trends and best practices. Analytical thinking and creativity is must.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills. Proficiency with design tools and social platforms tools like( Canva , Photoshop , Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Office suite etc)
• Generate leads and help to grow our audience. Must have experience with lead generation techniques.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
• Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and market research for ideas.
• Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns.
• Any other task assigned by management
