Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and support the CEO Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks, including organizing employee orientations and company events, preparing feedback forms, conducting research, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Business Development Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Line Manager and Team in completing assigned tasks promptly and following instructions accurately.
  • Assist in coordinating company events, managing logistics, and overseeing attendee coordination.
  • Create feedback forms for employees’ post-events to gather valuable insights for improvement.
  • Conduct research to explore new cultural initiatives that promote inclusivity and engagement within the organization.
  • Research & identify areas for improvement in organizational operations and propose solutions for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on market trends and ensure adherence to compliance and consistency standards.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and data, in compliance with ISMS rules and policies.
  • Maintain and update company documents regularly to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
  • Prepare documents for various organizational needs, such as reports, & communication materials, demonstrating strong documentation skills.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to the Line Manager using defined formats.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong knowledge of the global IT market
