• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience

Additional Requirements

• Deep understanding of computer hardware, electronics, and systems.
• 3-5 years of experience as a trainer or Instructor of Hardware will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and prepare lesson plans, course materials, and teaching resources.
• Deliver lectures, hands-on sessions, and demonstrations to students on hardware concepts.
• Create and update curriculum to ensure it aligns with the latest industry standards and technologies.
• Supervise and guide students through practical hardware labs and experiments.
• Teach students how to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot computer hardware systems.
• Provide guidance on building custom PCs, understanding networking equipment, and hardware configurations.
• Offer one-on-one support to students for troubleshooting issues or clarifying concepts.
• Help students with hardware projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress through exams, projects, and lab performance.
• Prepare progress reports and keep records of students’ performance.
• Continuously update knowledge of new hardware technologies, trends, and tools in the industry.
• Integrate new technologies and concepts into teaching materials and lesson plans.
• Attend workshops, conferences, and training programs to stay updated on hardware advancements.
• Ensure that classrooms and labs are equipped with necessary hardware and tools.
• Maintain lab equipment, software, and hardware in working order.
• Ensure that students follow safety protocols when handling electronic equipment and hardware.
• Collaborate with other instructors or departments to coordinate multi-disciplinary projects.
• Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrative staff.
• Participate in meetings, curriculum discussions, and educational committees.
• Complete necessary paperwork related to student enrollment, assessments, and course outcomes.Skills and Qualifications:
