Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for a WordPress Trainer to educate and mentor aspiring developers on advanced WordPress development, theme customization, plugin creation, and security best practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WordPress architecture, PHP development, REST API integration, performance optimization, and security hardening. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, creating course content, and providing hands-on guidance to learners.

Job Description:

• Develop and deliver training programs on advanced WordPress development.
• Teach WordPress theme customization including child themes, templates, and UI/UX best practices.
• Instruct on plugin development covering custom hooks, filters, and API integrations.
• Explain WordPress security principles including firewall configuration, malware protection, and secure authentication.
• Guide learners on troubleshooting WordPress issues related to updates, compatibility, and performance.
• Provide hands-on experience with real-world projects and coding exercises.
• Create and maintain course materials, documentation, and tutorials.
• Train students in best practices for WordPress SEO, caching, and speed optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, security updates, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and evaluate students by reviewing their code, giving feedback, and helping them build strong portfolios.
