Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), A Level, Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass)

• A-Level/Graduation with a satisfactory academic track record. (Students from English medium background are highly preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 18 to 40 years

• Experience: Experience in property preservation or foreign client management or Call center will be considered as an advantage.
• The candidate must speak English fluently. The candidate must also write and comprehend English efficiently and with accuracy.
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, hardworking and capable of working under pressure.
• Candidates must have good eyesight, analytical ability and team worker.
• Candidates must be well disciplined.

Responsibilities & Context

Sky It Solutions is a property management -outsourcing company serving asset management in the USA. In operation for over six years, we are continuing to expand our team to support our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule the projects and update to the client for every hours.
• Contact customers and overseas worker to solve any issues to on-time.
• Have a good negotiation skill and negotiate with the customers and overseas worker when necessary.
• Be a quick responder and multitasker, be able to talk and take note, checking emails and suggesting the customers and overseas worker on call.

Job Location: Mirpur 11 Dhaka.

Shift: Night Shift (9:30pm to 6:30am -Total 1 hour Break time)
