Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Experience
- 7 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Escalator/Elevator/Lift
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems, components, and installation procedures.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of lift/elevator systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Familiarity with international lift brands is an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of lift/elevator systems.
- Lison with Govt., Non Govt, Organization/Institution for all office related activities
- Manage lift/elevator projects, ensuring timely execution and quality assurance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for elevator systems.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Work with clients, vendors, and contractors to meet project requirements.
- Assist in marketing and business development for lift/elevator-related services.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety guidelines.
