Responsibilities & Context
The Manager Operation is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and profitability of the brand. This role requires a mix of leadership, business acumen, and industry expertise to ensure the brand’s growth, sustainability, and market competitiveness.
- Conduct overall operation, sourcing and branding.
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies to drive brand expansion and market share.
- Oversee product development, ensuring alignment with market trends and brand identity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue through retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale partnerships.
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns, advertising, PR, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Set and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality and brand value.
- Optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient production and distribution.
- Train all the personnel like POS operator, salesman.
- ensure excellent customer service and brand experience across all touchpoints.
