🔹 শুধুমাত্র রিয়েল এস্টেট ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ডের প্রার্থীরাই আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:

• ফ্ল্যাট, প্লট এবং ল্যান্ড শেয়ার বিক্রয়ের জন্য অফলাইন মার্কেটিং কৌশল তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন।
• ফিল্ড মার্কেটিং, ইভেন্ট, নেটওয়ার্কিং ও ব্যক্তিগত সংযোগ এর মাধ্যমে সেলস লিড তৈরি ও তা কার্যকর বিক্রয়ে রূপান্তর করা।
• সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ করে বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা।
• ডিজিটাল মার্কেটার, প্রকল্প প্রকৌশলী, ম্যানেজার, ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক (MD) এবং চেয়ারম্যানের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা।
• বাজার বিশ্লেষণ করে বিক্রয় কৌশল উন্নত করা।
• ক্লায়েন্ট মিটিং, প্রেজেন্টেশন ও বিক্রয় সংক্রান্ত রিপোর্ট তৈরি করে ব্যবস্থাপনার কাছে উপস্থাপন করা।
• ব্র্যান্ড সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি এবং প্রতিযোগিতামূলক বাজারে প্রতিষ্ঠানের দৃশ্যমানতা নিশ্চিত করা।

যোগ্যতা ও দক্ষতা:

📌 শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:

মার্কেটিং, বিজনেস অ্যাডমিনিস্ট্রেশন, অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি।

শুধুমাত্র রিয়েল এস্টেট খাতে ৩+ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

📌 প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা:

• ফিল্ড সেলস ও রিয়েল এস্টেট মার্কেটিংয়ে অভিজ্ঞতা।
• শক্তিশালী যোগাযোগ ও আলোচনার দক্ষতা।
• বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনে উদ্যমী, আত্মপ্রত্যয়ী এবং ফলাফল-মুখী মনোভাব।
• ঢাকার স্থানীয় বাজার সম্পর্কে সম্যক ধারণা।
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)-এ দক্ষতা।
• সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া মার্কেটিং ও ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকলে অতিরিক্ত সুবিধা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।

📌 ফিল্ড ভিত্তিক কাজ (অফলাইন) – প্রার্থীদের মাঠ পর্যায়ে ফ্ল্যাট, প্লট এবং ল্যান্ড শেয়ার বিক্রয়ে কাজ করতে হবে।
