Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• Bachelor in Paper & Pulp Technology
• Bachelor in Chemistry preferred Bachelor in Pulp and Paper Technology.

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Chemical Industries, Paper

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 years

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the pulp industry prepared sales experience in paper chemicals.
• A strong network and in-depth understanding of the local pulp industry is preferred.
• Prior experience in production or research within the pulp and paper sector is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage all aspects of sales, from strategic planning to tactical implementation, within the Bangladesh market.
• Develop the current short-term sales strategy to meet annual targets.Create a long-term business plan to identify potential opportunities and targets for achieving future objectives.
• Gain a thorough understanding of market dynamics, including customer needs, competitor activities, and product trends.
• Proactively introduce new strategies to enhance market presence and boost sales volume.
• Lead new business development efforts through fiber displacement and technical support initiatives.
• Establish and oversee all quality control and assurance procedures.
• Develop a benchmark mechanism to differentiate substrates based on key properties (e.g., tensile strength, biodegradability, hydrophobicity, surface characteristics).
• Stay current with the latest research, industry trends, and regulatory requirements related to bio-based materials and sustainability.
• Work closely with the product and process teams to finalize Minimum Viable Products (MVP) for scale-up and commercialization.
