• Proven experience as an Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D animation work.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and motion.
• Knowledge of character rigging, texturing, and lighting for 3D animations.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative animation solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with video editing and compositing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Experience in game development, VFX, or motion graphics is an advantage.
• A degree or certification in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking a talented and creative Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling and visual artistry, with expertise in creating engaging animations for various media platforms. This role requires proficiency in animation software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring characters and concepts to life through motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and visual effects. The Animator will collaborate with designers, writers, and other creatives to produce high-quality animated content that aligns with project goals.

Job Description:

• Create high-quality 2D/3D animations for projects such as video games, films, advertisements, websites, and social media content.
• Develop storyboards, character designs, and animatics to visualize animation concepts.
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver animations that align with the vision and objectives.
• Animate characters, objects, and environments using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Apply principles of animation (e.g., timing, weight, and motion) to create realistic and compelling animations.
• Design and integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and transitions to enhance storytelling and user engagement.
• Edit and refine animations based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work closely with sound designers and video editors to synchronize animations with audio and visual elements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to animation software and workflows.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for animations and assets.
