Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth in the assigned area.
- Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell agrovet products to dealers, retailers, and farmers.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market demand, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and maintain accounts receivable.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the National Sales Manager.
- Educate and train customers on product usage, benefits, and best practices.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure smooth product distribution and availability.
- Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
