Having a good communication skill in English both speaking and writing.

Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills.

Supervise and manage the footwear cutting department to ensure efficient production.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials to minimize waste and maximize output.
Monitor and maintain quality standards in the cutting process.
Coordinate with production and design teams for smooth workflow.
Train and guide workers to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Implement and enforce safety and compliance measures.
Maintain records of production, defects, and efficiency levels.
Work on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
