Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantity and quality against purchase orders.
Properly store and arrange materials in designated areas for easy accessibility.
Ensure the safe handling of fragile, perishable, or hazardous materials as per safety guidelines.
Keep the storage area clean and well-organized.
Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions in the inventory system.
Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supply to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Classify, label, and store items properly to maintain order and prevent damage.
Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions.· Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch of finished goods or materials.
Maintain accurate stock registers and update records in ERP/software systems.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels and movements.
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and internal audit requirements.
