Responsibilities & Context
- Lead QC department in an pickle (আচার) manufacturing company
- Ensure overall compliance with international food standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, IFS)
- Preparation of internal and external food safety audits
- Develop and facilitate trainings on Quality Control and Hygiene for all employees
- Oversee and develop the QC Manual
- Oversee Pest Control Program
- Establish and update analytical and microbiological testing procedures
- Become familiar with US & European food safety regulations as well as newer and more advanced food certification (IFS, BRCS)
