Responsibilities & Context

1. Conduct Training Need Assessment Periodically.

2. Design Training Content as per TNA Outcome.

3. Develop Training Module to Deliver Interactive Training Programs.

4. Ensure Training Return of Investment (ROI) with proper Monitoring & Evaluation.

5. Develop Tailored Training Programs to Meet the Organization’s Needs and Goals.

6. Conduct Engaging and Effective Training Sessions for Employees to Enhance their Skills and Knowledge.

7. Evaluate the Progress of Trainees through Assessments, Tests, and Feedback to Ensure Learning Objectives are met.

8. Offer Constructive Feedback to Participants to help them improve their Performance and Knowledge.

9. Modify Training Approaches to Accommodate Different Learning Styles and Improve Employee Engagement.

10. Monitor and Report on Employee Progress, Identifying Areas for Improvement or Further/Future Training.

11. Ensure that all Training Materials are up-to-date, relevant, and effective.

12. Organize Training Schedules, Venues, and Resources to ensure Smooth and Effective Training Delivery.

13. Work closely with Trainers, Consultants, and every member of HR Team in executing and coordinating larger Training Initiatives.

14. Create a supportive and motivating atmosphere to encourage active participation and knowledge retention.
