Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

Research competitor’s activities and make strategic plan to gain business share at market.·

Regular client visit and follow-up, find out potential client and submit quotation to Client and bring business growth

Ability to handle customers queries and complaint

Strong Communication Skills at customer end & build an emotional connection.

Developing goals for the business development and business growth and ensuring they are met.
