Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the Cafe industry.
• Proven experience in business development and team management.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

As we prepare to expand our presence in 2025, we are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead our growth and maintain our standing as a top destination for coffee enthusiasts.

Job Description:

As the Business Manager at Cloud Coffee, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across all outlets, ensuring the brand’s continued success and expansion.

You will oversee business operations, strategy implementation, and team management efforts to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of all current and future Cloud Coffee outlets.
• Monitor business trends and analyze data to improve outlet performance.
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotional activities.
• Design and innovate the menu to reflect customer preferences and trends.
• Ensure a premium selection of coffee and beverages.
• Maintain and enhance the ambiance of each outlet to attract and retain customers.
• Lead and manage teams responsible for food preparation and customer service.
• Ensure Cloud Coffee remains competitive through market analysis and innovation.
• Strategically improve business profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold Cloud Coffee’s service and quality standards.
• Identify and secure locations for new outlets to expand Cloud Coffee’s presence.
• Develop and implement business plans and strategies for growth.
• Set industry trends in the coffee outlet business within Bangladesh.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
