The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile

Reviewing and analyzing supplier quality performance in terms of suppliers, products and third-party testing lab for fabrics.
Analysis test reports from fabric mill, 3rd party lab and buyer in-house lab to follow up with supplier for performance.
Previous data analysis and potential risk for any specific knit fabric if required (GMS, Shrinkage etc.)
Manage, develop and lead the fabric quality team and give them all types of support as required.
Provide technical support to the fabric sourcing team and merchandiser and help them to develop fabric suppliers.
Train and develop fabric suppliers for high- quality fabrics in the garment factory.
Timely updated suppliers on quality results.
Claim fabric replacement for quality failure in formal documents.
Any other task assigned by management.
