The candidate should have at least 08 years’ experience in the related field as marketing/ merchandising, planning and quality management. The candidate having a professional degree will be preferable.

Overseas meetings on the production and quality management of the entire factory from scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric production, garment quality to shipment and marketing regarding merchandising issues.
Liaise with the buyer on compliance, technical, quality management, audit and final inspection.
Ensure and find the new buyer along with the development, customer satisfaction of all levels and competitive process and increasing profit margins.
Reports on the owner and top management monthly performance of all departments.
Coordinates with the development and implementation of an effective corrective.
Manages the entire garments manufacturing from merchandising, planning, cutting, sewing, printing, Finishing and packing and delivery.
Ensure smooth coordination between marketing & merchandising and supply chain management at the right path.
Handled raw material procurement as required from merchandising and marketing, negotiating with supplier and logistic arrangement.
Training and monitoring marketing merchandising team to achieve company’s required goals and targets.
