Summary

Bdcalling IT Ltd. is looking for some enthusiastic IT Executives to join the IT team.

Job Responsibilities:

Internal server, network management, end-user support, and existing software administration.
Install, configure, and support large-scale production and network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network equipment.
Network troubleshooting and fault analysis, hardware troubleshooting.
Knowledge of network fundamentals and general network/ device configuration.
Able to prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all IT software and equipment.
You must have practical knowledge of installing and configuring networking equipment, such as routers (MikroTiK), switches (CISCO), and wireless devices.
Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trunking protocol, and inter-VLAN routing.
Plan and manage IT projects, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
Any other tasks assigned by the team management.
Educational Requirements:
Diploma in CSE or BSC in CSE
Skills Required: Computer Hardware and Networking
Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in a related field
MTCNA and CCNA will be given preference
Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements:
Age 22 to 30 years.
Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and is accountable for driving tasks through to completion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
