Responsibilities & Context
The candidate should have Embroidery Factory based experience.
- Effective execution of administrative functions of the factory
- Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation
- Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issues
- Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct
- Have to ensure production and shipment as per factory plan
- Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
- Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
- Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism
- Have to ensure timely selection & placement
- Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
