Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant’s dining area. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless service, staff efficiency, and an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
• Greet and engage with guests, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Manage floor seating, reservations, and guest flow during peak hours.
• Train, motivate, and monitor waiters, hosts, and support staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory of floor supplies (e.g., menus, utensils, uniforms).
• Prepare shift rosters and daily floor reports for management.
• Support marketing activities, special events, and promotions.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
