Proficient in Flutter & DartHands-on experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Realtime DB, Cloud Messaging, etc.)
Solid understanding of Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) fundamentals
Experience with app publishing and updates on both stores
Familiar with REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and push notifications
Strong debugging, testing, and version control skills (Git preferred)
Good communication and self-management skills

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using FlutterIntegrate and manage back-end services using Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notification, etc.)
Publish and manage apps on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and other platforms
Troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and performance issues on both platforms
Collaborate with designers and backend developers to build smooth and responsive apps
Ensure app quality, compliance with store policies, and performance optimization

Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary: ৳40,000 – ৳80,000/month (based on experience & performance, negotiable)
