• Prior experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of beauty services, including makeup, hair, skincare, and nails.
• Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Excel required) and POS systems.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have basic English-speaking skills to communicate with clients and staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Ray Beauty Studio is looking for a dedicated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure a seamless salon experience for our clients. This role requires overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining salon hygiene, handling cashier duties, and delivering top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations, including staff scheduling and customer service.
• Train, mentor, and supervise salon employees to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and fully operational at all times.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and services to enhance the client experience.
• Assist customers in selecting services and beauty products tailored to their needs.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, process transactions, and maintain daily financial records.
• Manage inventory, track supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely product deliveries.
• Manage salon’s social media presence by posting daily stories and updates with creativity
• Enforce salon policies and ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

Work Schedule: 10 AM – 9 PM | Weekly 1 day OFF
