Responsibilities & Context
Jamuna Spacetech Joint Venture Limited (JSJVL) is a leading LPG supplying company in Bangladesh that will hire self-motivated, enthusiastic, young, and energetic Bangladeshi citizens to work as “Manager – Sales & Marketing (Fire Extinguisher)”.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration for fire extinguisher products.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to effectively promote and sell fire extinguisher products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners to expand the company’s presence in target markets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
- Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new fire extinguisher products and enhancements based on market demand and customer feedback.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and trade shows, to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, to track progress towards goals and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales and marketing activities, achievements, and challenges.
