To materialize the strategic expansion of our operations, we are inviting applications from distinguished, dynamic, experienced and tech-savvy professionals for the Senior Leadership roles as “Head of ICT”.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the ICT team members to identify and analyze existing business process, procedures and practice for design, up-gradation and maintenance of all operations and activities related to Software Solutions, Network and Communication Infrastructure and Data Center, DR Site for ensuring acceptable quality and integrity of the system.
Working experience related to CBS (functional & technical consultancy/ operations).
Expert in Mobile Apps Development/Digital Financial Solutions, Short Code implementation, Website Development, Call Center development, Dashboard & Chat BOT development.
Supervise software, network, communication and hardware operation and their maintenance.
Liaison with different Divisional Heads and Branch Managers to fulfill their expectations and discuss the risk benefits being associated with ICT Products and Services.
Developing project plans, methodologies, techniques and documentation to estimate cost resources using project management principles.
Designing and development of Company’s Information Security Policy, ICT Audit Policy, Business Continuity Policy, Disaster Recover Policy, Software up-gradation Policy and conducting ICT Operational and awareness training.
Development of Various MIS reports to make decision making process easier and efficient for Senior Management of the Company.
