Requirements

Education

• M. Pharm/ M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Industrial and Production Engineering/ Chemical Engineering from reputed university

Experience

• 1 to 2 years

Additional Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in any Pharmaceuticals or Toiletries company is preferable
• Training on CGMP and Productivity will be an added advantage
• Sound computer literacy in MS Office

Work Station: Pabna Plant/Rupshi, Narayanganj Plant

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of production schedules along with production target
• Optimize the use of equipment, materials & manpower to meet quality and cost targets Recommend changes in workflow, operation & equipment to maximize production efficiency
• Prepare and maintain production reports, along with machine performance
• Oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand
