Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
- M.Sc. in Agronomy /MBA in Agri Business / MBA with Major in Marketing or Masters in Marketing from any reputed University will be preferred.

- Prepare training modules and execute systematically to enhance the skill of company officials in the area of sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing & Sales of Seeds and Production of HYV & Hybrid Seeds (Rice, Maize, Vegetables etc.).
- Wide travel across the country is required.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare Sales and Achievement Plan and Target in alignment with business objectives.
- Overseeing the entire seed processing and selling operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize production processes and maximize profitability.
- Managing and coordinating the activities of various departments within the company, such as production, quality control, logistics, marketing and sales, research and development, and finance to support overall business objectives.
- Report to the Management on Sales and Achievement Forecast of quarterly, half yearly and annually.
- Analyze national market trends and discover new opportunities for business growth.
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationship with existing customers.
- Evaluate performance of Sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
- Directly and indirectly manage a team of 20 people consists of area sales leaders, seed processing and recovery officers.
- Develop market for Seeds and increasing sales within the defined Division/ Region/Area/Territory.
- Arrange and monitor different customer engagement initiatives.
- Engagement with Govt. and Non-Govt. Agricultural Wings particularly DAE & BRRI etc.
- Establish proper monitoring system of the field-force under your supervision.
- Oversee Sales and promotional activities to achieve the goals.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in seed processing and selling.
- Leading and supervising a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in operations.
- Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
