Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team and oversee the Channel Sales operations in the Dhaka North Region. The RSM will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage channel sales operations in the Dhaka North Region including Savar, Ashulia, Manikganj, Gazipur, Narsingdi, and Tangail.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach and penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to develop actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
