Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience

    ISP, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Responsibilities & Context

  • Drive high-value retail sales and upselling of premium plans or value-added for retail services.
  • Mentor and guide junior executives in retail sales techniques and retail customer handling.
  • Monitor and analyze retail sales performance, reporting key metrics to management.
  • Ensure adherence to retail standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual merchandising guidelines, and brand standards.
  • Handles escalate retail customer concerns and provide quick resolutions.
  • Assist in planning and executing local retail marketing and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., technical, billing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify new potential locations or customer clusters for retail expansion.
  • Coordinate with Zonal Head and marketing teams to boost regional presence.
  • Assist in implementing strategic sales plans to achieve retail business objectives.
  • Provide input to the Zonal Heads for planning pricing, bundling, and promotions.
  • Conduct market visits to analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and customer approach.
  • Share insights with the sales team to improve sales strategies.
  • Implement initiatives to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Audit retail outlets periodically to ensure adherence to visual merchandising, hygiene, and SOP standards.
  • Ensure POS systems, billing, and documentation are functioning properly.
  • Identify opportunities for selling upgraded packages and add-on service.
