Education

• Candidates with a Master’s degree (Economics, Banking, Finance, and Business administration preferable) for appointment for the post of Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director

Experience

• At least 20 years

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 63 years

• The concerned person should have at least 20 (twenty) years of experience as an active officer in a Bank or Finance company profession and have at least 2 (two) years of experience in the immediate previous position (AMD/DMD) for the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director.
• But, for the retired General Manager of the Government Bank’s or State-owned Commercial Bank’s, at least 2 (two) years of experience in the immediate previous position (AMD/DMD) for the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director is not applicable and interested retired General Manager may apply for the above post.
