Responsibilities & Context
- To ensure the coordination and support retail department to the implementation of operational activities in the stores of Bay Emporium Limited.
- Achieving 100% or more business against target in each store (turnover & pairs).
- To conduct the business effectively and profitably in all stores
- Maintaining a high standard of service to customers.
- Follow up merchandise for the stores.
- Follow-up store development activities .
- Assist in HR activities.
- Maintain store maintenance activities .
- Coordinate real estate matters
- Safeguarding company’s asses and interest .
- Supervising and keeping all controllable store operation expenses at a minimum.
