Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Minimum Graduate or currently studying in any discipline
- Students with Business/Marketing background will get preference

Skills:
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good command of English and Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context
- Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential new clients.
- Assist the sales and marketing team in daily activities
- Attend client meetings and property visits
- Promote real estate projects through online and offline channels
- Prepare reports, documents, and client follow-ups
- Learn and apply real estate sales techniques under guidance
- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts
