Responsibilities & Context

Conduct physical assessments focused on posture, movement, mobility, and strength.Design and implement personalized exercise programs tailored to weight loss and physical rehabilitation.Provide guidance on safe and effective physical activity for individuals with obesity or related health conditions (e.g., joint pain, lower back pain).Collaborate closely with dietitians, fitness trainers, and doctors to provide holistic care plans.Use manual therapy, stretching, and mobility techniques to improve flexibility and ease of movement.Educate clients on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, and the role of exercise in sustainable weight loss.Track and document patient progress, updating programs as needed.Offer group sessions or workshops on fitness, movement, and body awareness.Encourage and motivate clients to stay active and committed to their wellness journey.
