A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience

• At least 3 years

Additional Requirements

• At least three years of experience in field supervision, quality control, and conducting training/briefing sessions.
• Proven experience in moderating FGDs, IDIs, and KIIs in a survey research agency for at least two years.
• Strong proficiency in Bengali transcription for FGD, IDI and KII.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla.
• Willingness and ability to travel outside Dhaka for field supervision and data collection activities, including FGDs and IDIs.
• A hard worker with a cooperative mindset, committed to accomplishing tasks within deadlines.
