Responsibilities & Context

Internship Duration: 3.5 Months

Allowance: First 15 days: Training period (no allowance)

After successful completion of training: 3-month internship with a stipend of 5000 BDT per month

Duty Time: Monday-Friday

6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (BDT)

Full-time opportunity may be offered upon successful completion of the internship.

Job Description Summary:

As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain valuable exposure to a broad range of HR functions, including candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment activities. This internship offers the opportunity to assist in daily HR operations, develop a deep understanding of industry practices, and contribute to various HR-related projects. You will collaborate with HR Managers to ensure the smooth execution of HR policies and procedures. Successful interns may have the opportunity to be hired as full-time employees after completing the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Conduct cold calling to potential candidates.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Assist the HR Manager with various HR-related tasks.
• Collect and maintain candidate resumes.
• Create and update candidate databases.
• Perform email campaigns to attract candidates for various job openings
• Establish and maintain engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the HR industry and follow best practices.
