• Minimum 4–5 years of leadership experience in a reputed 4-star or 5-star hotel
• Applicants should have prior working experience in the hotel and resort, along with a graduate degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or a related field. Most highly, their educational background should align with the requirements of the role. The ideal age range for this position is between 35 and 38 years.
• It is essential to foster the right mindset from the very beginning, proactively taking the lead in establishing and developing each department—essence like a pre-opening team member. A strong command of computer operations across all formats & proficiency in PMS, along with polished English communication skills, both written and spoken, is crucial. Additionally, a well-groomed sense of hospitality is expected to ensure excellence in service and teamwork.
• Fully committed to working extra hours, regardless of duty schedule, including weekends and government holidays, to effectively handle any emergency situations.
