• Very good in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities & Context

• Accomplish Merchandising Cycle (Product Development, Price Calculations, T&A Plans, and Production, Shipment follow-up, technically sound etc.)
• Should independently handle all aspects of Merchandising from costing to shipment.
• Establish & enhance long term business relationships with customers providing superb quality service to maximize business growth of the Company.
• Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
• Ensure that fabric and accessories are available in factory within time.
• Ensure that production is running as per plan to meet production target & delivery requirement.
• Ensure in time QC files and follow up with QCs/ QC team.
• Maintain all kinds of reports as required.
• Follow up with commercial on correct shipping docs, shipment advice & payment too.
• Lead full merchandising team.
• Any other assignment given by management
