Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, E-commerce, IT, or related fields preferred.

Experience

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Importer, Online Retail Startup

Additional Requirements

At least 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in e-commerce, trading, or startups.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Skilled in content creation and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
Demonstrable track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities & Context

Develop, establish, and manage the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Daraz, and other relevant social media or digital marketing channels.
Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive online sales.
Create, publish, and manage engaging daily content across various social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Monitor, analyze, and interpret social media insights and campaign performance data, making strategic adjustments accordingly.
Engage actively with customers, collect feedback, and improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Regularly report marketing performance metrics and propose actionable improvements.
Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms to enhance content writing, accelerate the ideation process, and ensure a consistent brand voice across different channels.
