Summary

Education

Master of Science (M.Sc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) / Information Technology (IT) or any relevant field will be given preference.

Experience

Additional Requirements

At least 8-15 years of relevant professional experience.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): OOP, Java Spring Boot, Dotnet Core (C#) Framework, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PL/SQL Query, Design Pattern, SOAP/REST API, Shell Scripting, and IT Infrastructure Knowledge.
Core Banking Software (CBS) Knowledge.
Third Party Integration Knowledge.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
Flexibility to work on cross-platform projects.
Good knowledge of Windows/Linux operating system.

Project Management:

Lead and participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of both vendor and in-house software development projects.
Develop project plans, timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Vendor Application Development:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for vendor applications.
Design, develop, and implement necessary vendor applications that meet business needs.
Ensure the integration of vendor applications with existing systems and platforms.
Conduct SIT with different systems and arrange UAT for business teams and related stakeholders.

In-House Software Development:

Lead the design and development of in-house software solutions based on business requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
Drive innovation in software development processes and technologies.

Core R&D Contributions:

Participate in Core R&D initiatives, contributing to the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
Collaborate with R&D teams to identify and prototype innovative solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform development strategies.

Vendor Application and In-House Software Management:

Work closely with vendors and internal teams to address issues, implement updates, and ensure optimal performance.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams, to achieve project goals.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Documentation:

Create and maintain project documents for in-house software applications and Core R&D contributions.
Create and maintain project status document.
