Oversee the regular maintenance of all machinery used in the manufacturing of lingerie garments, including sewing machines, fabric cutting machines, and specialized lingerie production equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime in production.
Perform or delegate repairs to machinery and equipment as necessary.
Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance schedules for machines to reduce the risk of malfunctions.
Lead and manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and maintenance workers.
Collaborate with the production department to ensure all machines are in optimal working condition for continuous garment production.
Respond quickly to machine breakdowns during production, working to reduce downtime and ensure production targets are met.
Manage an inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for machine maintenance and repairs.
Maintain records of machine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with industry standards and factory regulations.
