Required 09 to 12 years Banking Experience including at least 02 (Two) years and above experience in supervisory role in similar nature of Job.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills. Proficient knowledge on General Banking Operations.

Oversee the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations of Liability Operations Department.
Coordinate with branches, business groups, and other internal stakeholders.
Implement and monitor controls within the business unit to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Lead, mentor, and coach the liability operations team.
Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance.
Foster a culture of collaboration, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Identify areas for process improvement and cost savings.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Prepare and submit reports on operational performance to Management.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
