Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, who will work closely with our marketing team to conduct various digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating Leads: Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Identifying Prospects: Research and identify potential clients and target markets within the IT sector. This involves understanding the company’s products or services and determining how they can meet the needs of potential clients.
  • Conducting Sales Presentations: Present the company’s products or services to potential clients in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. This involves understanding the client’s requirements and demonstrating how the company’s offerings can address their needs effectively.
  • Negotiating Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. This requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Closing Sales: Close deals and secure contracts with clients, ensuring that sales targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
  • Building Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. This involves providing excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly, and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Providing Feedback: Gather feedback from clients about their experiences with the company’s products or services and relay this information to relevant departments within the organization to improve offerings or address any issues.
  • Keeping Up-to-Date: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities to remain competitive and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Team: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company, demonstrating a results-oriented approach and a commitment to driving revenue growth.
