Minimum 10 years practical experience in any reputed real estate & construction project / Organization
Skills Required: Auto CAD or similar structural design software.
Strong Knowledge about BNBC, RSC & Nirapon Standard.
Knowledge using construction equipment and safety rules.
Strong drawing understanding skills.
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control etc.

Supervise and monitor regular activities of construction site, estimation of budget, prepare and verify bill, report regular progress of work to superior.
Estimate materials as per requirement. Archiving and maintaining site documents.
Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.
Project construction schedule, BOM preparation, budget Management, supervision and activity management.
Bill checking as per completed work ad per given design & quality.
Ensure factory infrastructure complies with safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
Conduct structural inspections and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.
Plan and supervise the installation of utilities, including water supply, drainage, HVAC, and electrical systems.
