Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials used in interior projects.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the design and construction teams.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in an architectural or interior design firm.
Software Proficiency: Excellent command of AutoCAD. Knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
Technical Aptitude: Understanding of structural and interior detailing, joinery, materials, and measurement techniques.
Responsibility: Capable of working independently while taking direction from senior architects.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Diploma Civil Engineer to assist our Chief Architect in the technical development of working drawings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate, detailed drawings that translate design intent into executable plans for our turnkey interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Working Drawings: Prepare and revise detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
Design Coordination: Collaborate with the Chief Architect and technical team to ensure that all drawings align with design specifications and site requirements.
On-Site Verification: Visit project sites when required to collect measurements, verify implementation, and update drawings accordingly.
Support Documentation: Assist in compiling and organizing design and construction documents.
Accuracy & Detailing: Ensure all drawings are precise, well-labeled, and suitable for site execution by the construction team.
