Responsibilities & Context

Applicants should have prior working experience in the hotel and resort, along with a graduate degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or a related field. Most highly, their educational background should align with the requirements of the role.
It is essential to foster the right mindset from the very beginning, proactively taking the lead in establishing and developing each department—essence like a pre-opening team member. A strong command of computer operations across all formats & proficiency in PMS, along with communication skills. Additionally, a well-groomed sense of hospitality is expected to ensure excellence in service and teamwork.
Fully committed to working extra hours, regardless of duty schedule, including weekends and government holidays, to effectively handle any emergency situations.
Supervise Guest on arrival and departure.
Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
Ensure vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Ensure cleaning and stocking restrooms.
Ensure cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
Assisting guests when necessary.
Keeping the linen room stocked.
Ensure properly cleaning upholstered furniture.
Training to subordinate staff
Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
Must be guest service focused and a team player.
Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
Professional in demeanour and presentation.
Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
